Our Code

Our mission is to deliver the products that we promise to our customer's bottom line. Therefore if for any reason when you receive your product you notice it is not what you ordered all you simply have to do is send us an email explaining the case with a picture of the product that is up for discussion as well as order information and any other solid evidence that would make it simpler for us to understand your case and confirm that it is in fact a fault on our part. After review, if it is found to be an error on our part we will do our best to correct it for you!

After the review of a case if it is determined that it is truly an issue on our part we will provide you with a full refund!

This policy is a measure of good faith between us and our loyal customers. We at Dark Crow Sales uphold the value of honest and good business above all which is why we work to hold ourselves accountable.

With this being said, we will also let it be known that while we preach the importance of accountability and honesty on our ends we also expect the same back from those who shop with us. Therefore, if we notice or reveal that any claim about a product is "shady", false/mixed with false information and not indeed a fault on our part but truly just an underhanded person just trying to take advantage of our good faith in order gain a quick buck we will dismiss the claim immediately. Also whoever made this "shady" claim will be banned from making future claims and ultimately forever lose out on this privilege of having the security of shopping without the worry of not receiving the item they were promised also those found guilty of underhanded tactics will also be restricted from other site privileges as well and stand to be blocked from the site as a whole depending on the severity of their underhandedness.

*Note: When we say "shady" we simply mean anything but the truth. Honesty above all, you tell us the full situation and we will help you accordingly. So never be afraid to speak up if you believe you didn't receive what you were looking for we are here to help.

Shady Claim Example:

*We begin where the customer has placed a claim and is asking for a refund, then the following conversation ensues between us and Random Villian #6.

Us: Hello, Random Villian #6 we saw your claim asking for a refund for a product you purchased but you didn't provide any additional information for us to get a good enough understanding of the situation. Would you be able to provide us with some additional information (pictures of the product in the packaging or a photo that can just show you received the item and are in possession of it at the time of this claim, order numbers, previous email communications with us, etc.) so we can get the full scope of the situation.

Random Villian #6: You guys are scammers! Also, for your information, I don't have the product with me anymore because I left it at my Mom's house and I also never got any order number or other email communications with you guys because you guys purposefully didn't send me any emails at the time of purchase just so you guys could cover your tracks! I demand a refund immediately!

Us: Hello Sir, unfortunately, due to the severe lack of information there isn't much that we can do for you. In the future please just be sure to immediately take a picture of the product as soon as you notice something is wrong. A tip that we always tell our customers is to save all email communications for online transactions to a folder on your email, this makes it easier to pull back any crucial information you might need when you need it! Sorry, we couldn't be of more help with the situation, hope you enjoy the rest of your day!

Random Villian #6: This is outrageous! You can be expecting to be hearing from me and my girlfriend Karen's lawyers soon! You guys are the worst!

Us: *Blocked

The moral of this example is that please do not waste our time because we have no intentions of wasting yours.

We at Dark Crow Sales aim to carry ourselves with the virtue of a hero and therefore do not associate with those who move with the motives of a villain and will not hesitate to remove such people from our community.

In conclusion, we are truly here to just help our customers have a great shopping experience and help them get everything they are looking for to the best of our ability as well as learn and grow from any mistakes or misunderstandings that may occur when doing business online in this new age of shopping.
