Our Code

Our mission is to deliver the products that we promise our customers bottom-line. Therefore if for any reason when you receive your product you notice it is not what you ordered all you simply have to do is send us an email explaining the case with a picture of the product that is up for discussion as well as order information and any other solid evidence that would make it simpler for us to understand your case and confirm that it is in fact a fault on our part. After review if it is found to be an error on our part we will do our best to correct it for you!

Refund Policy

Dark Crow Sales cannot issue a refund once the order has entered the processing stage.

The customer has 48 hours to cancel their order for a full refund.

We can provide exchanges or store credit if needed after an order has been processed .

If any changes need to be made to the order such as address and sizing changes, the customer has 72 hours to contact us @ support@darkcrowsales.com .     

 After 72 hours there is no guarantee the order will updated .

Sales final for jewelry and accessories.

Once an order has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of Dark Crow Sales .

 If your order has been lost, stolen or you are experiencing any other shipping issues after the order has been shipped please reach out to support@darkcrowsales.com . We will reship the order ,however customer will be responsible for shipping costs. (shipping cost vary).
